You directly provide us with the data we collect. We collect and process data when you: 

  • Sign up online to receive updates from us 

  • Book tickets to an event via our website 

  • Donate to us via the website 

  • Complete any surveys or leave any comments via any of our webpages or emails 

  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies 

How Will We Use Your Data? 

We collect your data so that we can: 

  • Process your order/s for tickets to events 

  • Email you with updates and offers on our events and activities 

We do not share your data with any other companies or organisations. 

How Do We Store Your Data? 

We store data digitally, via wix.com.  

When booking tickets and making donations, we will store your data for 12 months. Once this time period has expired, we delete your data. 

If you sign up to receive regular updates, we will keep your data until you opt out of receiving any further updates. If you no longer wish to be contacted by us, please let us know by emailing symingtonhall4all@gmail.com

The Right to Access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.

The Right to Data Portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data we have collected about you to another organisation or directly to you, under certain conditions.
